Delivery & Shipping

We avail goods to be delivered to our customers as well as pick up at our pick up location in Nairobi river road Simba center 1st floor room 12.

For deliveries within Nairobi we outsource able and trustworthy riders or truck drivers to do delivery. Kindly note we don’t deal with Uber , Bolt , Faras etc or and including other carrier providers eg. Super Metro etc. Where the goods are to be paid on delivery. Delivery and Shipment remains the prerogative of the clients and if they do desire to use the above means and have paid for the products the responsibility of the goods transfers to them after dispatch from our Nairobi office/ booking.

For goods to be delivered far thus good to be delivered outside Nairobi.
You are encouraged to pay goods and book with your respective carriers thus;

A client in Nakuru buying a pump would pay for the pump then have the pump taken to their preferred carriers for shipping IE; G4S, LAKELAND, MOLOLINE etc..

Alternatively the goods could be paid after delivery where we lias them with truck drivers
whom they will pay delivery to bring the goods to them and pay after delivery.
