Warranty
The store’s receipt is the only recognised means to claim warranty and must be produced to warrant the particular product.
All goods except Dayliff products are under warranty of 1yr. Dayliff and Pedrollo products are under warranty for a period of 3yrs. All goods bought from us have inexhaustible service.
Service includes changing out parts and assessment by our personnel where applicable
EXCLUSIONS
- Products with original serial numbers that have been removed, altered, or are not
readily identifiable - Damage resulting from transportation or handling, including scratches, dents, chips,
or any exterior damage to the product. - Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or voltage, power
fluctuations, surges, or improper configurations. - Use or applications of the product outside of its intended purpose
- Damage or failure arising from the use of products or equipment not supplied by
Beato Heri. - Damage or failure caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire,
water, lightning, or other acts of nature. - Products used in commercial settings that are not designated for such use.
- Costs associated with making the product accessible for servicing, including but not
limited to the removal of trim, cupboards, shelves, or other fixtures not included with
the product as shipped from us. - Service calls related to the repair or replacement of consumable items such as light
bulbs, air filters, water filters, knobs, handles, or other cosmetic components. - Additional service charges, including but not limited to after-hour, weekend, or
holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expenses for service calls in
remote areas. - Compensation from Damage to people property caused any of our products.
- Damage or failure caused by the use of unauthorized parts, supplies, accessories, or
equipment, as well as services performed by unauthorized service providers
